Everytime I try to get money loaded on my NetSpend card the new lady keeps saying she doesn't know how to do it because she is new. Yet I literally watched someone show her how to do it one morning I had to come back after she told me she didn't know how. So why after being shown how to do it she doesn't know how to do it? I had to get a ride because my car is stuck in the driveway in snow. So I have to wait for another ride and for a competent employee to actually do their fuggen job! And I don't get to have my money on my card to do anything with until then. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want something done about it. I'm sorry for anyone needing a job but if you aren't going to do your job fully then you don't need one that bad. I'm tired of going up there just to be told I don't know how to do that I'm new. How long are you going to be new? Because this is just absurd!

I had an incredible experience at Kum and Go thanks to Caitelynn. I got lost in the snow on the back roads of Iowa, and she went above and beyond to help me. I lost my debit card and was running out of gas with no open gas stations in sight. When I arrived at Kum and Go at 2:46 am, Caitelynn not only listened to my situation but also offered me $6 from her own pocket, despite not having much herself after Christmas. Her kindness and generosity truly saved me that night.I also want to emphasize to her manager, Debbie, how important it is to recognize and support exceptional employees like Caitelynn. Her actions exemplify the kind of care and dedication that make customers like me feel valued and supported, even in difficult situations. Employees like her are the heart of the business, and I hope she is appreciated for the incredible service she provides.Thank you, Caitelynn, for your heart of gold and selfless assistance. You are a true asset to Kum and Go.

Alway nice to have something open in the middle of the night, but there's a women that works there during the day that abandoned her children over a year ago. Has not seen them. Sad part is... she lives 4 doors down. Even claimed them on her taxes. She's, a liar, cheater, and theft.

People keep complaining about the truck parking. Guess what People this is not a truck stop and the parking that is there is for McDonald's. The diesel is car and pickup trucks not for us semi drivers.

Tbe gas area was well lit, then store was well stocked and whe washroom was clean. It had everything we needed.
