Drivers are advised that the loading and unloading process is done entirely by hand and takes time, but the staff works efficiently. The check-in door is located in the corner near dock one. Overnight parking is permitted on the backside of the property along the fence where trailers park. Staff is accommodating to drivers who arrive early, sometimes managing to unload them ahead of their scheduled appointment. The facility provides access to a restroom inside the receiving area.
