I just recently bought a used newer vehicle from this dealership, and let me just say buying a car can be extremely stressful! Especially in my case it was my first time buying a newer car through a dealership. But that was not the case, I had an extremely positive experience here! Lauren Lrucinski helped to make the process a little less stressful! She made sure I knew all about the history of the vehicle (mine had a few previous owners), all of its safety features, etc. She made me feel super comfortable, and made sure I knew my options! I came there to only test drive vehicles, she helped guide me and helped make the decision easier for me. I ended up buying a car the same day thanks to her! I am in love with my new car and so glad that she was the one to help make my decision a little easier! Highly recommend going to her if you are looking at coming to this location to buy a car. My experience was a 10/10 ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Darius was straight forward and honest with me on my new vehicle purchase. I live a good distance from the dealership. He was very willing and helpful getting most of the purchase details worked out before I drove 2 hours to him. I got exactly what I needed on trade. No issues at all. I definitely recommend talking to Darius if you are looking for a new Honda or a nice used vehicle. Thank you Darius.

Unbelievable bad experience at Brad Deery Honda in Burlington, My wife decided she wanted to upgrade her 2015 Honda Accord with 59,000 miles and and existing extended 125,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty to a Brand New 2024 Honda HRV. We could not find a white HRV at our local Dealerships , I decided to make the 80 mile trip to Brad Deery because they had one in stock. When I called my salesman he asked me what number for my trade would make me sign the papers and drive the new car home tonight. I told him $16,000 for my trade and I will sign the papers. After I arrived at Brad Deery the General Manager Marc Luedtke went out and inspected my car, Then my salesman brings me a deal sheet with an offer for $15,000 for my trade and informs me that Marc says he scanned my car and I had stopped 1 mile before arriving at Brad Deery and had someone clear service engine codes from my computer, I was totally shocked at this allegation as it was a total lie, I asked him why I would drive 80 miles to trade my car in instead of having my local Dealerships fix it under my 125,000 bumper to bumper warranty, he would not back down and continued to say I had done something underhanded. I finally stood up and told my salesman I am sorry your manager just lost a sale for you and at that time Marc Luedtke said I am not the one trying to do something shady here you are !! OMG I could not believe this was was happening. Here's where it got even more strange , Marc ends up following me outside and ends up offering me another $1000 for my trade, He said I still want your car. I informed him There was no amount of money that would make me ever buy a car at his dealership. The next morning we Ordered a new HRV from our local dealership and are waiting one month for delivery instead of driving one home from Brad Deery.

Had a great experience today buying a used Honda Pilot. Darius Smallwood was our sales rep and he and the entire crew at Brad Deery Honda took very good care of us and treated us very, very well. I highly recommend Darius and the team at Brad Deery Honda.

First off, I am a Missouri resident and travelled to this dealership to pick up a vehicle and trade mine in. The communication between Marc (manager) & myself was smooth, transparent, and NOT PUSHY. We communicated through text until we arrived at a trade in value that made sense for the both of us. From the time before I arrived, to meeting my salesperson Lauren, test driving the vehicle, signing the paperwork, and then when I drove off the lot - this experience was the best car trading/buying experience that I’ve ever experienced. I was only in the dealership for maybe an hour before I got to drive away with my new vehicle. I am not only satisfied with my 2023 Honda Civic Sport, but also the business interaction from start to finish, and them following up with me even after the purchase. Thank you Brad Deery honda for such an easy experience!

If I could give them 0 stars. I would, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I went to look at. Posted online Everything checked out with it. I ended up buying it from them There was no service lights on it when they delivered the truck to me. The service engine lights were on and the cost. A little over a $1000 to fix the problem with The Truck And the man that they had deliver The truck to my address. He had his dog in my truck. The dog scratched up the inside Of the door none of which was there when I looked at the truck and the dog also Went to the bathroom In the truck.

the worst car lot ever!!!!! i brought a car with warranty and have the contract of the warranty and also the sales contract that also states the warranty is in my loan .. and when I go to use my warranty back in 2021 they told me that someone cancel my warranty at the car lot. So I called the warranty company try to get it resolved. I got the runaround and come to find out they made a whole new contract forged my signature with a new contract at the bank just show me…. I spoke to the general manager by the name of mark and showed him the documents that I have, and also show him to the new one that I’ve never signed he pretty much said it’s nothing he could do!!!!! don’t deal with this car lot i’m being honest!!!!!

I Gave them $5000.00 for a deposit for a five car order. They did not deliver the vehicles and refused to refund me my deposit. I was forced to sue them in small claims court to obtain my refund plus costs. Shameful behavior. Mike Leuduke, their GM said he gets to keep my money without providing a refund which is a breach of contract and a violation of state law.

Lauren was our saleswoman. She was to say the least GREAT!! NO pressure whatsoever. We ended up getting the suv from the showroom floor, a 2014 Hyundai Tuscon awd Walking Dead edition. It was perfect. Lauren and the finance representative went way way above and beyond the call of duty. We didn't end up driving it home that day because it needed a a new battery. That was Saturday afternoon before the 4th of July. That following Monday it was delivered to us from Burlington to Oskaloosa all shined up except for a few bugs on the front lol. If you need a newer or new vehicle go see Lauren she will make the whole process easier with no sales pressure at all. So happy my wife and I went there and met her. We'd give her 10 stars but Google won't let us!!

Bought a truck from them. Got home and noticed the oil pan was leaking. Called service several times to get it in, finally got to talk to someone. Was in the shop over 2 weeks. During this 2 weeks there was no communication or any call backs telling us what was going on. Finally got to talk to somebody. Was told oil pan would need to be replaced and cost $1300. Our 3 month warranty we have on the truck will not cover that... but would work something out with us. Another week goes by and no questions answered, nothing done..Mark the sales boy was very rude, and arrogant, never returning any calls. Finally just had to go up and get the truck back. Took it to a local mechanic, and all that needed replaced was a gasket , and cost just a few hundred dollars. Brad deery Honda is fraud and a scam. Under qualified employees, and no good service.

I traded my Ford truck in for a Tundra. I noticed a shake in the front of the truck. The General Manager was quick to say if we fix the shake and touch up the paint, do we have a deal...needless to say they did deliver it, but didn't fix anything and they were 2 hours away so I didn't want to send the Tundra back. MARC, the General Manager, was a jerk...never again! Be very aware of broken promises. Make sure everything is in writing.

Brad Deery Honda Burlington Iowa- Marc LuedtkeThe worst experience ever!! My son and I when to buy his first car. We ended up at the their dealership. We look at BMW that was on their lot and assure that every thing work great on the car no mechanic issue. My husband even asked if we drive it off the lot and something happen will they take care of it ad they same they would make it right. We drive it for less than an hour and the oil light come on. We check the oil to find that it was empty. This cannot be because the car was check out and everything was great on the car. I called the dealership and questioned it. I took the car back-up there and they took it to the back said they checked the oil and everything was fine. Took their word again, brought it home and placed a box under it to come out this morning and have oil all over the box. So they had the chance to admitted to it and cover the issue up again. We hooked the tester up to the car to find that there is also an exhaust issue as well.

Overall decent buying experience.Salesman side was good!Car wasn’t detailed upon purchase. Kind of a let down but detailers were gone for the day. No big deal.The finance lady was extremely rude and couldn’t answer half the questions we had. Seemed to dislike having people ask detailed questions about the forms being signed or information about what the dealership was offering. Really seemed like she had to force herself to be professional. To be honest it was the most odd car buying experience we have ever had. The atmosphere wasn’t energetic and just about everyone seemed unhappy.None of the maintenance schedules were discussed with us, No details or options that came with the vehicle were shown. There’s a void in the dealership and something needs to change. Everything was sign here, Sign here etc on the finance end.Hard to recommend that to anyone.Anthony did an excellent job.

We just purchased a brand new Odyssey here and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. After deciding to not move forward with a different dealership, we landed here. Anthony was our salesman and even though he was due to be off at 3:30, we pulled into the lot at 3:26. He stayed with us through the purchase of our vehicle at 5pm.You cannot go wrong in Anthony’s hands.Dave with financing as also a huge help. We left with exactly what we wanted and never felt like at any point we were being sold something that we didn’t find value in.I’ll be making the hour drive again next time that we need to purchase another vehicle. Thanks guys!
