Real cute that there's no care in the world when you donate items, but no return policy AT ALL on kitchen goods. I bought something I thought would fit my pans and it didn't. It's perfectly fine for you to resell again but they won't give me my 5 bucks back. I highly suggest asking the return policy on any item you buy speculatively. I didn't and got burned. I'll consider taking my business to Hopefully Yours from now on.

This is one of the cleanest most organized Goodwill stores I have seen. However, the price on some of that stuff is equivalent to just buying it new! They often will have a set of something with each piece separately priced. They are definitely delusional with the prices. Dial it back folls because you’ve got zero business pricing anything. I bought a BRAND NEW Hydro flask with tags that was $45 new for $1.99 and the nasty cup next to it with a coffee ring was $6.99…..a fine example of they don’t know a thing about a thing when it comes to pricing.

I pulled up to donate very nice and very clean household and clothing when the attendant stood over us when he should have gotten a bin for the woman behind us. My husband told him to get another bin for that person, he didn't. The woman had to carry all of her donations up to the bin that we were unloading into. I will not be donating to this business anymore.

I bought a pair of shoes size 7 from the women's section.I get home and they're a children's size 7 so I try to return them.They said I could not return them so I tried to contact someone to discuss the issue and the manager was extremely rude to me. I used to shop here weekly won't anymore. Used to have such nice staff what a shame.

Always love shopping at goodwill. I found two brand new bags one purse and one makeup bag which is very big so it will hold my makeup brushes and cosmetics. It will be great for travel. The prices were great, I got both of them for under $9.00 and they were brand new. I feel they have good quality clothing and items. I've been going there since they opened in Burlington and when I lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Oregon, a Arizona. I genuinely believe they sell good quality, name brands, new, gently used, clothes and household items. I found a lot of this and in great working order and condition. But if not you can take it back anytime and exchange it or get your money back within a certain period of time so it's a great deal you're also putting people with special needs to work and that's a really great thing.
