Don’t rent from them half their storage units get water in them. Also, they’re supposed to have an on-site person 8 to 5 but that person is actually just working at the Menards store and isn’t actually in the facility

Menards claims absolutely zero accountability or responsibility for your items in the event of rain, flood, or storm damage instead claims it was an “act of god”. I had over an inch of water in my unit and was denied access to my belongings for a week with no reparations or even a sorry was issued. Renter beware!!!!

I gave this a one star because where I have my storage rental in W. Burlington IA is not the best have called several times now to tell them the lights in that section are out with no results, have rodent dropping all over the place plus dead rodents in the walkway
We have over 450 storage units on our property that range in size from 10' X 10' to 25' X 48'. We have many different types of storage options available including individual indoor climate controlled units, and individual warehouse units.
