Customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their promises posted on their website! They have no idea how to help prevent problems with HSA accounts and leave you out on your own to figure it out!

It's always a pleasant experience for me when I bank with Two Rivers Bank & Trust in West Burlington, IA. They do a wonderful job. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
