Enedelia and Eddie are both fantastic -- their customer service skills are second to none. West Liberty is so lucky to have them both here.

Poor service. Short hours. Common items not stocked and must be ordered. Nice to have a pharmacy in town, but really miss the previous owner. The West Liberty Pharmacy really was a full service provider.

Never has anything you need in stock. What kind of pharmacy makes you wait a day or two for them to get an inhaler in??? Often takes 2 hours for one prescription, IF they have even it.

Closed on weekends is really inconvenient. People need their medications when prescribed. Also tired to tell me that the discount card the DOCTOR in town have me had to be activated by me without looking at it. And apparently they think that they can just drag out their 30 min lunches longer when they have several customers waiting in the parking lot.

Good to have a pharmacy in town, sorry to have lost the true local pharmacy downtown.

I had a terrible time there today as a result after over 10 years I will take my business elsewhere. I received a prescription card in the mail and when I looked on line to see where I could use it West Liberty Pharmacy came up. Great! Went in to pick up my prescriptions, presented my card and without even looking was told that my "discount" card would raise my prices. OK got my card back and yet my bill was alot higher than normal. Went to my car looked at my receipt and noticed no more $4 meds. When I went In to ask whats up I was told that $4 meds ended along time ago. "Even Walmart and Hyvee dont do them any more" Not only was I lied too but I was over charged for my meds!! I will be going to HyVee from now on.
