“Today has been rough, I had to put my 15 year old dog to sleep today but I didn’t do it alone! The staff here is very friendly, understanding and supportive. The vet walked my family and I throughly everything from what they were doing to what will happen to when everything was over, this will happen. This new vet and staff is amazing thank you to everyone this morning who told my dog how handsome and good he was.”

“Hands down the best vet I’ve ever gone to. Dr. Hentzel is one in a million. He genuinely cares about your pet, takes the time to explain everything going on, and he’s always available to answer questions whenever you need him. His assistant Nicole is wonderful as well. Everyone remembers who you and your pet are, which is a quality of service you don’t get anymore. Let’s be honest, veterinary care can be expensive no matter where you go, but I believe the pricing is very fair and Dr. Hentzel is great at giving you the best quality care, balancing natural remedies before pushing prescriptions and surgery. My dog used to shake in fear walking into vet offices, and while he’s still a little anxious, he’s much calmer with Dr. Hentzel, so he would give 5 stars too!”
