Very rude older lady! I will never come back to this pharmacy because of her, she treated me today like if I’m from a different planet… from the moment I approached her she was very short and rude with me… she told me my insurance was not working when it’s valid and active … on top of everything she made me wait 45 minutes to get my medication and when another customer approached her, she was nice and said it was going to be only 10-15 minutes. She obviously had issues with me!! … how sad when a customer is treated like this, not sure what her reasons behind treating me like that was but I just wanted to let the owners know of this incident … I hope this lady learns how to better treat customers from all races without being prejudice due to their physical looks. With all due respect but we are in the 21st century, treating others like I was treated today won’t change the reality of diversity in our region / country…

A lot of racism in this pharmacy especially from the older aged staff. I heard lots of bad things about this place. They need to quit their white washed mindsets and treat everyone fairly. It’s a common thing on towns like these where older people have a problem with non pure whites come to business like these. This pharmacy needs to train their older aged staff before someone makes it a bigger problem.

Incredibly rude staff. Did not help me what so ever, ended up leaving & feeling frustrated. Switched to Scott’s pharmacy in Fayette so much better!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find what I needed when I couldn't find it. They serve coffee and pastries at a little café inside.
