I'm confused by the low ratings. I have great service and I'm out in the middle of nowhere in Bennett. And the tech guys are awesome they call me after hours and they're always friendly and helpful. I don't even know these people I'm just a regular customer.

We have had "HD tv and High speed internet" for less than a month and I have had to call at least 6 times about tv not working properly or our Internet only downloading at less than 1 mbps when we pay for 10 mbps. Not pleased in the slightest, time to start pricing Direct TV and AT&T internet.
