“One o'clock in the morning on I-29 miles from anywhere, I got a chunk of a deer antler in a tire. 10 minutes after that, I discovered my doughnut spare was flat. When's the last time you checked the pressure in yours? After many frantic calls, I learned I was only 6 miles from Sloan. I got in touch of Mike's Repair at 8am. While everyone else wanted to send a fleet truck or a flatbed for a million dollars, this guy brings me out a portable air-tank to pump up the doughnut and I follow him to his shop. AND he has a used oddball sized tire I needed. This was a prime opportunity for him to take advantage of a stranger from out-of-state. The bill? $85.60!!! If that ain't a stamp on his passport to heaven, I don't know what is.”
