Gas station is good but dont go there expecting a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. It's literally never open . They just as well take the sign down

Got here about 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Gas station pumps were busy (with many empty vehicles and no one pumping gas, they must’ve been inside). There is construction going on right now for electric charging stations near RV pumps. Due to construction and fences sticking out into lot, not very RV friendly at all. Plus, RV pumps close to regular pumps so cars in the RV lanes. In addition, card reader at pumps not working and needed to go inside. Deli was also closed with no food. Some of the truck stops make announcements for truckers to pull forward when done pumping gas, this station should consider doing that for regular vehicles.

If you have plans to stop here for something warm to eat, I’d skip it. At 9:30 AM, the hot case was completely empty; had never been set up. There was though, one slice of pizza. I’d doubt a hungover college student would’ve eaten it. It was beyond dried out. Likely was from the night before. I will give kudos to the clean showers with ample water pressure. The cleaning lady, on the other hand, couldn’t even reply when I said good morning as I walked past her. Then again, this is 2025; where you just need to be happy with what ya get. You want customer service?? As a customer, you should feel blessed that these people even showed up for work today. I spend five thousand dollars a month out my pocket at Flying J and Pilot and this is what i get… a half assed attempt of providing for one’s customers.

Be careful reserving a shower after 8 PM — I reserved mine, and the lane didn’t move for hours. It seems like they stop cleaning on purpose because they don’t want to work late. By midnight, I was too tired and fell asleep. Later I saw my lane was finally called, but I missed it — and they still charged me. Feels like a scam

Stopped to eat. Wanted meat loaf. And all they had was hot wings and pizza was coming out. So I asked where's the food. And of course making there problem everyone else's. There's no such a thing as a truck stop any more.

We were traveling on interstate 35 and we ran into trouble. Needing help I contacted the flying J that was just up the road. They went on and above helping us. They were so friendly. In this day with the world being more and more not wanting to get involved the staff at the flying J was a huge blessing. Kristie,Troy, and Merk . You guys will always be in our stories of traveling. The way you helped us with welcoming smiles and wonderful hearts will never be forgotten. That little white van led us to some great people/friends

Good customer service And I went to the Flying j on May 8th 2025 they did not have any food out because they were Short hand but Richard who works there Went out of his way to fix me some wings that was very nice of him
