Everyone is so professional, informative, friendly and helpful! I always have troubles trying to pick out glasses and I had a very helpful young lady that was honest and understanding. I am 100% pleased with the service from the receptionist to the end process of picking up my glasses.

My sister was a patient and felt overly uncomfortable upon going there. Staff provided her with mixed messages of her perscriptions and inaccurate exam results, in which she was told she would just have to pay for another to get the prescription fixed.

We recently visited Axis Vision Care in Williamsburg as a family, and our experience was fantastic. The doctor was incredibly thorough, professional, and most importantly, so patient and kind with our 5-year-old, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We were really impressed by the level of care and attention provided, and we’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommended!

Very quick, courteous, and professional! I’ll still have to go pick out some frames, I worked with the office folks but I was short on time and had to leave before I found some but they were great and didn’t “pressure” me into making a purchase right away.

Dr Striegel was professional, thorough, and very kind. His assistant was very personable as well. Didn’t try to push anything, just gave options. Would highly recommend this place for your vision care!

I’ve never been in to Axis Vision Care in Williamsburg before today and I am never going anywhere else! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great pair of new glasses/shades, after a very thorough eye exam.
