A special shout out to the manger of this location who worked 8/11/25 for helping to find my husbands lost wallet!( I am sorry I do not know the name because due to the stress my husband had he forgot to ask, but we are forever thankful!) They are going above and beyond for the customer! My husbands wallet fell out of the pocket, can you imagine the stress of loosing all credit debit cards, drivers license and much more far from home in another state. But thanks to the manager of this BP location he was able to recover it. They checked the cameras and saw him loosing it, then someone picked it up and drove away( thankfully another kind and honest person) they called police station and found out it was dropped off here, on top of that he drove my husband to the police station to pick it up because my husband was driving semitruck and it would be hard to maneuver. BIG BIG THANK YOU!

Arrived to fuel & 8PM on a Saturday, expected to use restroom and purchase drinks; closed! (I was able to fuel using a card). There is a Casey’s across the street that IS open; patronize them.

Really great experience, which may sound weird for a gas station. We went in and were a bit hungry, so we decided to see what they had to eat. The prices were very reasonable, and when my kid wanted a hot dog and they did not have any, the guy behind the counter said no problem, and he made 1 hot dog just for my kid. Great customer service on something so small!

Excellent service. Traveling alone from college, I got a flat tire. The managers of this store as well as their son, came out and changed my tire and gave me directions on where to get it fixed. Completely turned my day around and made sure I walked away taken care of. Grateful to have stopped at this BP! 5/5!!

BP has always had a clean look, nice pumps, generally good convenience store offerings, and partnerships with good sandwich shops in some of their locations. We have fewer BP locations in Iowa City now after some of them became purchased by another brand, but for people wanting BP it's nice to have some remaining locations in the area like this one.
