Nice convenient Casey's Gas store right by the Outlet mall. Casey's pizza is pretty amazing and this is a great place to pick some up. Has quite a few Truck parking spots and lots of diesel pumps as well. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of snacks. Bathrooms are immediately to the right between the restaurant and Casey's.

Would give 0 if possible. Male cashier needs a job not running a cash register. 2 time 2 transactions and this guys is more worried about texting on his phone. Shame that Casey's let's there employee's attend to there personal phone before a customer. Never told us our total we had to read it on pin pad then stood there waiting for him to finish on his phone to take our money. You know we as the paying customers pay his wages. Also all your employees need a little training on personal cellphone use while on the clock because the female cashier didn't know how to send pictures on an app and this was more important then these 2 waiting on customers. Shameful disrespectful cashiers that have no respect for customers.

Had a great experience here. Staff were friendly, store and restrooms were clean, and great selection of food.

As of June 17, 2024 only three diesel pumps are working, on the inside anything that requires running water does not work. All the drink fountains are out of order, no ice, which also means no coffee, no tea etc. Bathrooms are also out of order.

I have NEVER once been here and found the mens room clean.
Two things about that tho:
1) I believe the practices of the patrons that use this mens facility must just be in the practice of being slabs
2) One would want to believe that the mens room would receive cleaning attention at more than just closing time, right?

Sandra that works at this Casey's location was great! Very friendly and helpful! She noticed I was looking for the bathroom sign right when I walked through the door and right away directed me to it! Love it!

Stopped to get something to eat and use the restroom. The bathroom was disgusting, trash everywhere, toilets were rancid. No way was I going to buy any food here. If the employees can't keep an area the customer can see clean, im not gonna trust that they keep food prep areas clean

They’ll make you bring your fuel card inside before fueling, make sure you get it back after. Apparently, charging you is all that matters, not giving the card back. It’s easy to forget about the card , because almost none of the truck stops in the Mid West and East would do this to truckers. Refused to send a picture of it, no fuel for the trucker.

Not clean and the bathrooms are purposely not marked to cause customers to mistakenly go through the store! (Bathrooms are opposite direction of merchandise.) When I made the suggestion to put up a sign marking where bathrooms were because every single person that came through the door made the same mistake and had to ask or turn around, both employees said that they had a sign, but that the owner made them take it down! Crazy. Not recommended! Friendly staff otherwise, but because of pettiness by the owner, only 1 star. Won’t be coming here again.

Stopped to gas up and use the restroom. The restroom was dirty, was out of hand soap and there were no paper towels. When I informed the clerk there were no paper towels she quickly and rudely informed me “yup, we don’t put them in there anymore because people flush them down the toilet. unless you want to pay my $1,000 plumbing bill” off putting response as I am a traveler and have no idea what issues you have going on. I told her that she obviously dislikes being informed of the missing towels so often that maybe a sign would be a good idea so she’s not annoyed and her guests aren’t offput by her apparent annoyance. She then abruptly told me how she had a sign and people kept pulling it down…. I don’t know what’s going on here but as a traveling station your ‘ongoing’ issues are new to us. If you have to replace a sign each day to avoid conflict, then that seems like a small gesture to incorporate.Based upon the rude clerk and unkept bathroom I don’t recommend you stop here. Just use the BP across the street.P.s. I travel from Mi to Ia often to visit family. I won’t be back to this Casey’s.

Worst washrooms ever. No cleanliness. No handsoap.Tissues were spread all over.
