“This store by far has the best customer service I have EVER experienced in retail. Elisha is top notch and should definitely be the face off American Eagle let alone its customer service. My finace Christina was in the midst of shopping for jeans. She found a pair or two and went to the fitting rooms to try on. While doing so Elisha took it upon herself to devote time to finding other options for her and brought them to the fitting room. And it was on going. She spent a considerable amount of time to ensure my fiance could find all possible likes and options through out the store. You should have seen Elisha zipping around the store looking thru racks. Freaking amazing and first-rated customer service. Elisha for president!

“For an outlet for it really feel that they did not have many discounted items. Don't get me wrong; they had deals going like a BOGO. But compared to other stores, the discounted items did not seem as prevalent”
