Lily helped us find the exact pair of shoes we were looking for and got them ordered from the other store (they were even the last pair available at any store!) So quickly and had amazing customer service! She did such an amazing job, and even helped us get signed up for rewards and with the awesome deal going on (buy one get one 50% off) an extra 50% off! If you're a fan of Sketchers, you'll like the outlet store. Plenty of selection. Comfortable seating to try on shoes. Friendly knowledgeable employees. I tried on the new March 2023 slip on breathable shoes and they are really comfortable.

Love the Skechers store actually had the tennis shoes we were looking for the max and they're hard to find the employee was determined to help us and she did an awesome job and found exactly what we wanted definitely will be going back

My husband has a hard to fit set of feet. The store manager made recommendations and patiently described each shoe. She got multiple pairs of shoes for him to try. He bought two pairs. Very happy with product and service.
