Birthday cards containing gift cards dropped in the outdoor locked blue bin had been cut open and the gift cards removed and retaped shut when the recipient received them.

I am constantly receiving the wrong mail and have to hand-deliver this mail properly to the intended addresses or place it in the outgoing mail box in the hope it cycles back to the proper owner.

Lost all government issued documents (new passport, old passport, birth certificate) and constantly delivers mail to wrong addresses. Does not insure that they are delivering to the correct address and does nothing to help when they lose it.
