My mother had her debit card information stolen after having to give her information over the phone to deactivate one of the phones on her plan. We know it was stolen after the phone call because that was the first time she had used her card in 2 months.

Let's see. ........ Purchased ear buds that did not work. Tried to return them but was told. ......"We can't take them back because I opened the box" Uh, how are you suppose to see if they work? Do business worth corporate office in Coralville they have 15 day return policy if your not satisfied!
