I am a former employee of this location, and current Casey’s employee at a different location. I just went to this location and made a purchase, and asked the cashier, Virginia, to make change for me. Without even being willing to look up at me, told me “no”. When I asked why? I was told that another location was robbed and that they would not open the register for me.(I felt as if I was being accused or profiled.) I tried to plea my case, as I only needed change for a 20 I had just got from their atm. I was told, “you have to make a purchase, even though I just did. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. And I would not recommend this place to friends solely based on the attitude of the cashier, Virginia. I have never had problems with any cashier, besides this one.

If your registers are down, please put a sign up & don’t ignore the customers trying to get in. Love this store, but sometimes customer service is not the greatest, except Donna, she is the GOAT.

Everytime I stop in the evenings to grab something from the hot case it's either empty or the food is hours past the expiration time. With tonight as an example I stopped in at 930pm and there's 4 slices of pizza, and 2 expired at 8:32pm and the other 2 had a time of 6:30pm absolutely no excuse for something being out that is over 3 hrs old.

They were out of pizza and had a few other things in their hot case. Employees to buys talking to each other. One customer asked about ice cream, and an employee told her they were out. So, I am assuming she wanted the soft serve. Still it was just the way the employee talked to her. Customer satisfaction must not be important

Bunch of slow women that stand around and chat. Virginia is a miserable lady, avoid her at all costs. I've been waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza that they said would take 45 minutes .

This caseys used to be excellent. They were prompt, and their pizza was awesome. I'm not sure west changed, but in all truth, I used to buy pizza from here at least once a week. Then it changed. I'm not sure what, but it became slow, inconsistent and awful. I'm done with this caseys. They have all the tools, but not the desire to use them. They have all the tools, but not my business.

Casey's, in my opinion, has the best pizza. Close second is Pizza Hut. Casey's also has some pretty good subs. And I really love the breakfast pizza. But, I mostly get candy from Casey's, since it is in a convenient place and easily accessible.
