First Choice Real Estate was founded in 2009 by Dan Oien; current owner and broker. Dan began selling real estate in 2004 and has a good mechanical background in the automotive trade and family members in the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades. Dan is also been a top producer in transactions on the Muscatine Board of Realtors since 2008. Our company has agents that have been previously involved in building trades as well. With combined experience in: concrete foundations, flat work, earth moving, drainage tiling, water proofing systems, septic systems, remodeling including flip and rental homes - our knowledge is second to none.
