Pickup apt was at 7:30, I arrived at 7:10. Easy instructions through the plant, loaded right away was out by 8:10. I know morning appointments are usually quicker but this was great!! Everyone was extra nice too!! They must like their jobs!!

i had appointment for 10 but still had to wait 3-4 hours in line They took way too long to load trucks

Steel load. Very friendly and detailed attention. Wear a helmet, closed shoes and safety glasses. Very fast loading and simple instructions. Arrive half an hour before the appointment or you will not be received, and you will be sent to the waiting area.
