“Great place to workout, especially if you enjoy having the gym to yourself. They also have group workout classes, as well as a central entertainment system (anyone can use it, just be courteous). You'll be provided a door code (don't share it with people, staff will revoke membership) towels to wipe machines down, as well as showers in the bathrooms.”

“I love it here, been there around 6 months I think and it's a great place for your workouts, plenty of machines to use and everyone I've met there so far is very nice and willing to help if you need a hand with something or even advice. It's not a HUGE place but I haven't had a moment where I am unable to do what I need to do. Like I said, people are friendly and if someone is using something you are wishing to use, taking turns for your sets is never a problem if you have the courage to just ask but personally I haven't had to do this very often. Cassie is super cool, the place is clean and people clean after themselves. Even the janitor is cool haha 10/10”

“Wilton Total fitness is a very well maintained gym with an enormous amount of equipment selection. Machines and free weights for beginners and advanced level lifters. The gym is very clean and the environment is friendly. The members and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I Would highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re in the area!”
