Wilton Retirement Community is a community based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides skilled nursing and memory care (Townsend Family Care Center) and assisted living services (Leland R. Smith Assisted Living) to Wilton, Durant, and surrounding communities. Our Mission is: Providing care in the communities we serve where people feel valued, safe, respected, and loved.

    This is a great place for seniors to live when the house is just too much for them. There are appartments on one end and rooms for total nursing care on the other end. The staff is super nice and helpful.

    Big windows to have a Covid-19 conversation through. Just need to remember your cell phone or you will be yelling a lot.

    Great staff and a wonderful place to bring your loved ones.
