This was my first time at 4 Seasons nails and spa and it was a great experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure and ended up getting a manicure as well. My appointment was with Sarah, she was friendly and did an amazing job! My feet were in desperate need of some TLC and she took really good care of me.
It was VERY busy when I arrived so my appointment didn’t start exactly on time, but they were doing everything they could to make sure everyone who was waiting was comfortable. The space was clean overall, a little messy near the pedicure chairs but again it was very busy so I’m guessing it’s not normally like that.
There was a steady stream of customers coming in the whole time I was there and even though they were busy, they made sure everyone got taken care of.
You can’t add tip when paying by card, but they have an ATM if you don’t have cash.
I will be back for sure.

Just want to clear up the water bottle saga…I was the customer who took the water bottle by mistake. My friend had left her cell phone at the table, which was right next to the water bottle. My friend had already left and the staff knew I was meeting up with her for dinner right after I was finished and brought it to my attention that she had left items behind. Thinking my friend left her water bottle and phone I took them both to return them back to her. Once I found out it wasn’t hers I planned to return it as soon as I could. However, the next morning I was going out of town before they opened and let them know I could not bring it back until Tuesday when I returned back into town. The staff have always been extremely friendly and honest, so I felt it necessary to clear this up.

4 Seasons in Windsor Heights is amazing and my go to place!! I have went here over 10 years for my nails and toes, and the team is amazing all around! They are detailed, thorough, wonderful at accepting feedback to ensure things are done how I want, and most of all treat their customers as they are like family! I won’t go anywhere else and this is attributed to high standards and detail expected from the manager of herself and staff! 😊

Today I went to get my eyebrows done by a different salon and they botched my right eyebrow. I came here and Diane, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. Anyways she was able to fix the previous person screw up. Thank you! Will be coming back whenever I’m in town. ☺️

First time here today. I had a nice experience overall. Michael did a great job on mani and pedi. I’m not sure if it’s favoritism for some clients, but I did notice they were offered something to drink.

I had an appointment on May 3 to get my nails and a pedicure done. She said they were gonna be closed for remodeling until the first so I could come in on that Saturday and get my nails done. I get there at my appointment time. They’re not open they will not open again until Monday the fifth Try calling your voicemail is full. They could’ve had a message on their phone saying remodeling took longer than expected we will not be open until Monday, 5 May now I was gonna go there for my brows, my eyelashes, my nails and the pedicures I found someplace else not that much further of a drive But they should’ve been more respectful to the people that they made appointments with and then not following through could’ve done better than that four seasons
I will come back to you. I love the work you do.

So before I spill the tea, I'll tell you what was good. Note, this is my first time here. They were very friendly. You can see and book services online and select your stylist. The actual place itself is very clean and nicely put together. I love the new pedicure bowls, as it's more sanitary. However, it made the water cold and I like mine very hot. I had made an appointment, upon arrival, I had to wait almost half an hour. Once my pedicure started, I thought things were going to be great even though I had to wait. The pedicure was fabulous! She did everything perfectly. During the massage, this older gentleman decides he's going do my nails. I completely understand why this is done to save time as they were busy. In my personal opinion, I do not like this. I can't relax. I have to twist and turn. At the very least, wait until the massage is over. I also feel that the stylist doing my pedicure, couldn't finish properly because he was doing my nails. She wasn't able to remove all the wax or help with my shoes as I get regular polish, just like they had me pay before he painted so they don't smudge. Note; bring cash for the tip, there is no option for a credit card tip. The manicure was awful. My nails are already short. He asked me if I wanted them cut down, then tried to file them way too much after I told him not to. I still have cuticles that should have been removed on every finger. The nail polish was very old and thick, so therefore it did not go on smoothly or evenly. It took so long to dry. No hand massage. No one came over to help me with my shoes, so I did it myself and also then wiped the excess wax off of myself and my clothing that it had gotten on. During this process, I messed up three of my nails. Which truthfully is pretty normal for me, which is why I get a very light color on my nails. Overall, not the best experience. I would definitely go back for the pedicure, try to find a time that they're not as busy.

Came in as a walk in so I give a bit of grace but my nails did not look good. The design doesn’t look anything like I wanted, they’re lumpy, with terrible almond shape, there’s random bits of glitter cured in, and I felt extremely rushed. I still tipped well but I’m really not happy with how they turned out..
