The 3 ladies working did nothing but complain about some of their previous customers apparently being rude( I don't need nor want to here about that, it's in very poor taste to talk poorly of customers especially to other customers) also the 1 that cut my hair was a bit rough with the clippers to the point I pulled away from her once and she didn't use the dryer to blow the cut hair off of me. Only worse haircut I've received in my life was when a different great clips took the clippers down my beard

Facility is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I call ahead to be sure Jennie is working and then check in online. Easy peasy.

I had the worst experience with my son here. The woman who cut his hair did it terribly, as if she couldn't cut hair. Added to that, she didn't even clean the hair off his face, and she charged us the same without even fixing the damage she left. Never take your children there.

Went in first thing on a Saturday morning and the manager gave my 1.5 year old a haircut. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient with a toddler who didn’t want to sit still. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be back!

Tried to get my neck line squared up. Not today! I paid $20 plus another $37 in Uber fees to have the service. She destroyed it.

After seeing black women on tik tok going to great clips to get their pixie cut maintained i decided to take a chance since the front of my hair was way too long. My stylist is out on maternity leave but Cass did a great job! With my hair type I was nervous knowing not everyone has a lot of experience with different textures but i’m super happy with the result. She was quick and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I will return and be asking for her!

It literally said in my note I am growing my hair out. Lady cuts lots of my hair off. It looks fine but set me back two months.

My stylist was very nice however cut my hair much shorter than I had asked for and the front is very uneven every time I go here it feels like rolling a dice with a 50/50 chance of getting a good haircut or leaving with hair inches shorter than what I asked for
