“Breuer Towing came to our rescue recently when we blew out two passenger side tires and were stuck on the side of Highway 163. We didn't have much idea of where we were and though we had contacted our insurance company to use the "Emergency Roadside Assistance" program we had added to our policy for situations such as this they were basically useless. The only useful thing they did was contact Breuer Towing, who called us immediately. Good thing they did, too, since our insurance company gave them a wrong location for our vehicle. Once they had the right location, they got to us within 15 minutes. The tow truck driver not only took myself and our 3 dogs to a hotel, he then took my husband to a McDonald's (it was nearly 10pm and he hadn't eaten since breakfast) before dropping the vehicle off at a shop and returning my husband to the hotel. He also helped me corral the dogs and luggage into the hotel room, which was exceptionally kind and unexpected. Breuer Towing made a very difficult situation a bit easier and went out of their way to provide us a few "extras" that they didn't have to do. Their kindness and understanding really stood out to us and though I hope we don't have to use their services again, I will not hesitate to do so if I'm ever stuck near Mt Pleasant again! Highly recommend!”
