Ordered my pizza by phone. Was told it would be ready for pickup at 5:45. Went to pick it up. Had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. Only one person working in the kitchen and she looked lost. Pizza was good but cut wrong. I will be back but I guess I won't be in a hurry to pick it up.

This location has installed pumps with super loud advertising you can’t mute. I will be buying gas from anyone but Casey’s if they don’t start providing a mute option.

Ewwww. Just purchased a cherry filled donut for $1.49 and noticed a dark spot on the side. To my surprise it was a glaze covered fly. Yuk.

Casey's Convenience Store is certainly convenient - located off Highway 92. There are plenty of gas pumps, and the store has floor, to almost, ceiling inventory. There is a small food court on one end and restrooms on the other, with merchandise and cashiers in between. From what I saw there was quick customer turnover.

I ordered at 5:35pm, received an email stating that it will be done by 6:20pm. We arrived at 6:35pm, were told only one pizza was done and needed to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. Went in again and was told we would need to wait another 15 to 20 minutes they still had two pizzas to make. We ordered 6 pizzas. We officially have waited an hour longer.

My order was quick, too quick to be done and both of my pizza's and bread sticks were under cooked so much so my son wouldn't eat them until we put them in the toaster oven at home. Also it was highly greasy this time. I spent a lot of money and expected to be able to eat without having to cook. Disappointed ?

Ordered food @ 5:45 pm, sat around waiting for food only to get a call AN HOUR LATER telling us that "the deli was closed." Um, why could t someone have called us a lot sooner? So I sat at home HANGRY and now I'm in full Karen mode.Evidently they have some people there that don't want to actually work; if they are "closing" the deli at 6:30pm.Poorly handled.

Don't expect them to deliver your food if they don't really want to do the work. Calledl me an hour after I ordered my food to tell me that their deli was closed. They've NEVER closed at 6:30pm before. And why wait an hour to call if you were closed when the oder came in. LAZY PEOPLE WORKING HERE.

30¢ higher gas than everywhere else and the pizza was overdone. I'll never stop there again.
