The service team was able to squeeze us in and get the repair done quickly. We were in communication every step of the way and there were no surprises. Will be a customer again.

Very friendly staff and a pleasure to work with. My rig wasn’t supposed to be done till Saturday and the got it done Friday afternoon which is a plus. They showed me how to operate the blade and remove and explained everything . Thanked me for my business.

The repair guys work hard to solve issues. The problem is the Mule I own is always having issues. It is a huge problem that never seems to get resolved. Kawasaki offers little support to the service department who does their best. It feels like I am stuck with this Mule with issues and no one a help from anyone other than the service department, who’s hand are tied.

Took my Teryx in and they tuned it up just in time for the snow event. Country Cycle has been my go to since 2016. I appreciate the flexibility they have in their service department.

I purchased a used Kawasaki Mule from Country Cycle 4 years ago, a great experience. Since then have had some service and repairs done, this experience was even better, fair price and done before I expected!! A great team!

Sent my Kawasaki brute force 650 in for starting and wiring issues and got it back running like new , really happy with the job. There was a question on the oil change so the tech actually made a house call and set me right up and answered all my questions. Hate spending money but well worth the work and customer experience!

Service was excellent! Super friendly staff. Honest!!! Frankly I was expecting to have to replace the transmission in my mule 4010. Turned out a bolt came loose. I thought I was gonna have a few thousand into it. My bill was 131.00 for the repair. Thanks!!!
