Hands down the best doctor appointment I've ever had and I have had some great doctors. Immediately put me at ease, got to know me, listened and provided great care along with educating me in the process. I'm not a fan of going to the doctor, but if you need to go, this is the way to do it. Thank you Doctor John!

Dr. Teri Formanek and the entire staff are the best. I received amazing care for my hand surgery with exceptional results. Dr. Formanek came highly recommended by my primary care physician about 11 years ago. Now I wouldn't want to see anyone else for my orthopedic needs. He truly cares!
