Old 40 Storage is a pleasant and convenient storage facility that provides a sense of peace of mind. The units are adequate, with nice concrete pads and tons of maneuvering room, suitable for items like a 5th wheel. The management is noted for being extremely reasonable, timely, very pleasant, down to earth, and helpful, with prompt and courteous communication. While one unit had cobwebs, the overall experience is smooth and the facility is highly recommended for storage needs.

The unit was facing the west and the afternoon sun was brutal. But the unit was adequate for my needs at the time. The unit when I rented was full of cobwebs, but the facility and manager were timely and very pleasant to deal with. I recommend this facility for storage needs.

Hassle free and no unwanted quests, i.e. rodents and the like. The management is wonderful!
