The quality and order accuracy has been on the decline. This last time we ordered the pepperoni pizza had hardly any pepperoni with multiple slices having no pepperoni at all and the rest with only 1 or 2 per slice. The chicken bacon ranch pizza we payed $2 extra to have jalapeños on it, only to have no jalapeños at all. We have heard the Chapman location is a lot better so we will be ordering from that location from now on.

I love the sausage, egg, and cheese croissants at Casey's. However every time I walk into the store both hot cases are totally devoid of any kind of breakfast foods. The staff is unwilling to make anything that you may ask for, and most of the time are too busy talking to one another or their lowlife friends that seem to always be loitering around the store. By far the WORST Casey's I've ever been to and I won't be going back ever again.

Pizza is usually good. Every time I order taco pizza they have forgotten the chips unless I specifically request that they don’t forget them. I have never once been able to pick my pizza up at the time they say it will be done. It’s very frustrating to have to stand around and wait after your pick up time every single time. The app should have better updated times for the pizza pick up. Or you need more staff to deal with the incoming orders. Would like one time to pick up my pizza when it is supposed to be done.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They said it was gonna be done at 5:50, I show up and they haven't even been made yet. So I wait til 630 just to get one pizza overcooked and the other undercooked.

Ordered a beef, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were about 4 inches shy of the edge all the way around. Hardly any beef or pepperoni on it. Wow. Caseys used to have the best around.

there was a worker named aubrey who made my pizza and she did absolutely phenomenal. it was the best pizza i’ve ever had in my entire life 10/10 would go there again. she was very kind and helpful

The pizza is good, but they seemed understaffed tonight. I had to wait a while longer than quoted. Probably not the workers fault though.

SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!!!
Based on my overall experience I should give only 1 star or no stars if it was possible, but I'll give you 2 because the retired navy gentleman who was the one delivering my food was very nice to me and as a fellow veteran he has my respect. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of bread sticks for delivery to my house while I was still in Junction city and about to be on my way home, I was able to stop at a store on my way home and still get home before my food was delivered. I waited 30 additional minutes for my order after the expected delivery time, I honestly would of cancelled my order had there been a way to do so, if you are unable to support service in a timely manner, then you should consider not offering it.

I have ordered and ordered and ordered and been disappointed time and time again. These people literally never have your food ready on time no matter how long you put your order in before hand. I don’t know why I try to keep going back.

Does not offer free air anymore. Even the air machine they have doesn’t inflate the tire correctly. Glad I wasted money on it.

We called in pizza order and got a text that it was ready to pick up, drove in from country and was told it would be another 20 minutes. That is horrible service. Only 2 people working in the whole place . Other people were coming in and told the same thing . Lots of cussing going on, with the price of gas I had to drive around for 20 minutes with children. Came back and had to wait another 5 minutes for the cashier to cut it! You have to do better!!!!

Automated phone system said that my Med supreme pizza would be ready at 5:14.Walked in at 5:20 and it had not been started yet!Cook was too busy making boxes I guess and rude to myself and others that were waiting!Food is good though! Not much to choose from here in old Abilene town!

8 am on a busy weekend and every employee except the elder cashier and the girl making pizza outside smoking. Their policies is stand in line I need a smoke. Never stopping here again.
