The process went very smooth for the test drive and negotiations. I really enjoyed working with the sales team, I can honestly say I’ve never seen a vehicle, so cleaned and detailed. They have an absolutely beautiful sales-floor, and did a great job taking care of us. That being said we were a cash offer and it shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes to wrap up the process but I waited for more than an hour and a half to sign 10 minutes worth of paperwork and write a check. I can say that’s probably the only thing I can complain about. But that wasn’t Frank’s fault since he already had an appointment scheduled but I feel like there probably could be more done on the backend to make that process a little more efficient.

Our car broke down outside of Abilene, KS, and we had it towed here. The staff are phenomenal! They treated us like we were valued friends and neighbors, not like the strangers that we were. Alan, Lora, and Dan were all so very kind and helpful, and we appreciate everything that they did for us. If you break down here, you've really lucked out!

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is to the auto body shop. Never take your vehicle to them to be repaired. They do shady work, and when you call them out on it, they say oh bumper pop out all time, even though they just put a new one on it, it popped out after 3 days Then, they order the wrong parts over and over. Also, hold your car for 3 days repairing the part come to find out it was the wrong part. Complete soup sandwich.

Just want to warn anyone going here to beware of the financing, don't tell them the payment you need because they might raise the price of the vehicle to meet it. I have almost perfect credit and a Veteran we were quoted one price and when we did the paperwork the base price was more than the quote and even more than the sticker price. My wife and I were on a time schedule and had to rush through everything (our fault). We feel they took advantage of that. The damage is done, they got their bonuses and we pay the price. Fortunately my wife loves her car.

My schedule did not allow for much time to make it to Abilene for a service. They found a driver to come pick up my vehicle (despite the fact that their normal driver was out sick). They make it easy to be a customer!!

Usually when working with dealers they try to work with what you have. That was not the case. They were not willing to adjust the price not even a little. They really try to make every penny they can. Sad thing is I had a pre-approval ready to go. But all over 2k they didn't want to work with that. Bad business. I've been buying, trading, and selling for quite a while. Just be careful going here and know what your doing!

To many good things today about Holm automotive! From there receptionist , to sales, to finance holm is the way to go! I have bought a lot of cars at just 18 years old and have never had a good experience so I wanted my sisters first NEW car buying experience to be great and I knew we had to try holm auto for a change… let me say you guys now have lifetime customers! Mandi, Willie, and even Tim the owner was awesome. They truly care… never once hounded us when pulling up to dealership and waited for us to engage with them and not try to push us into something. Even when they didn’t have the EXACT car my sister wanted they found the exact one she wanted in less than a week and she was able to sign papers and have a new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer LT that she was dreaming of, they even gave her so much more to go along with her warranty’s and purchase to make it even worth more the monthly payments, that they also kept in her desired range. Well done and thank you for your awesome service!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Very fast and friendly service department.Purchased 2023 Buick Enclave and at the time the Parking Assist Chip was not installed by the factory due to shortage of the chip.I was notified the chip was in and my Buick was due for Oil Change and Tire Rotation so I scheduled all this work to be done.To my surprise all of this work was completed very quickly and professionally!!Very Happy Buick Enclave Owner!!

Our salesman was Carter. He did a fantastic job with everything. Nice young man! He also stayed past his time to be off work to make sure we understood how everything worked on the Essence. He was patient and very informative right from the beginning with the test drive.The finance side was also very easy to work with. They got us where we needed to be with price and our trade!We were actually going to buy another vehicle from a different dealership. We already test drove it, had all the finances in place. I was still very on the fence about whether I really wanted that vehilce. Then that delaership lost their electricity. I thought that was a sign. Then it came back on an hour later. They tried to fire up their computers and but the internet was still offline. Another sign . We agreed to terms and they were going to draw up all the paperwork and we'd come back on Tuesday and sign it. That gave us time to check back with Holm and see where we could meet on finances for the Essence.I shared this story with you because it was a good first impression meeting with Carter and how he explained all the features on the Essence. Things worked out the way they were supposed to.Thank you Holm Motors!

The service department does not care about its customers. All they care about is making a dollar. No one even bother to come and tell me how much this outrageous bill was going to be as I sat in the waiting area for 3 hrs. The gentleman that helped me when I first arrived, acted like I was wasting his time by being there. Just did the work and pushed me out the door.
