Since the property came under new management, the difference has been night and day. The team is responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with kindness, and the community feels so much more cared for now. It’s such a relief to have management that communicates well and follows through. I’m really happy living here and appreciate the effort they’ve put into turning things around!

I lived at Andover Estates in the past, and overall it was a really good experience. The property itself is spacious, which made it feel comfortable and open compared to other communities. The property manager, Gayle, is awesome—very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She really makes a difference in creating a welcoming environment. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Andover.

The stuff on that letter about taking care of our yards and picking up trash is perfectly reasonable but threatening to tow people‘s cars for flat tires and expired Tags is just cruel. You don’t know peoples financial situation, especially with how much you’ve raised our rent. You guys need to apologize to everyone you pass those letters out to

The complete lack of compassion, understanding, empathy from these people is absolutely sickening. Hopefully the owner doesn’t consider herself to be godly person, because god is looking down on you in shame!!! These people do not care about their residents. They only care about making their pockets fatter. Disgusting.

Shelly was absolutely great. She made the process very simple and quick. She made sure we were satisfied and helped us with every step along the way. She was so sweet. My family and I are so excited to get all moved in and relax in our new place!!

Shelly was great! She showed us all the ones we wanted to look at and was fast with getting back to us if we had questions! We’ve been here a month so far and just absolutely love the home and the community! Gayle and the maintenance team are great also super nice!
