If there were ANY way to make banking fun and enjoyable, ASB has found a way! I actually LOVE banking there! They are amazing and have shown such a personal interest in my world, my family, and our business. Their people even follow our business on social media! I was shocked by the poor treatment I received from Brian Cook, the assistant manager. Up on requesting to open an account with Andover State Bank Brian was quick to shout at me about how he didn't want to take the time to help a customer. following this he drug the rest of the process on demeaning me and complaining about the process. I would hope some one would at least suggest to him a better manner of conduct him self around customers.

Very nice staff. I wish they had the no fees for ATM use like some banks but I love the hometown feel of this bank when they know your name when you walk in!

My first loan many many years ago was with Andover state bank. I was just a teen then and wanted to buy a car. The bank president arranged for me to get a small loan. Great folks in there. My mom has been with them for well over 45 years and they were extremely helpful a couple years ago when I worked with them on some account information I needed.

Nice Hometown Bank ... always a smile with a greeting ... much more personable than those big name banks ... we left a huge name bank several years ago to go with Andover State Bank and are still glad we did!
