“Normally do business with the Derby location, which is also top notch. But my Yukon had to be brought out due to the air condition Freon being so new.Anyways, Carmax warranty use Meyers as one of the approved repair services. I had noticed a slight hesitation between 1-2 gears. After the diagnostic turned out needing a new transmission. Since it was such a costly repair, the warranty company needed lots of proof prior to approving. Meyers was very patient working with the warranty company providing them with everything that was requested. Would definitely recommend for service!! I will continue to use the Derby location for the convenience and professional service!!Thank you all!!”

“I really don't want to give Tim a good review because he's always busy but he deserves it!My friend ran his car out of oil. 2012 Acadia Denali, beautiful car. So another friend found an engine with 1/4 of the miles. We shipped it 1,200 miles to Tim and he R&R'd that engine and the car runs great!! I thought it was going to be an awesome anchor or something but now it has a newer engine and runs great! Tim's a genius!”

“We had a severe problem with wheel bearings on a late Friday afternoon but fortunately my wife called Witchita RV East and they committed to getting us back on road on Sat if I could get there by 9. So we limped into Witchita and made it the next morning.They had me out and on the road again by noon. I'm very grateful for the extra effort they made to get us going as waiting a week for the Ford dealer would have been awful way to end our 2 mo road trip (back home to PHX)Give them a call if you want a business that seems to really care about people.Thanks again you guys!”

It was more expensive than I expected, but I feel like I was dealt with honestly and they did the work as promised and it was done when they said it would be. I asked for them to look at the brakes and were told the brakes were good. To me that shows honesty. They were also the only shop I called that actually answered their phone. I will use them again.”
