“This Tires Plus location truly goes above and beyond for their customers! We recently purchased two new tires from Tires Plus after having some mechanical work done on our vehicle at another shop. Unfortunately, the alignment machine at Tires Plus was down at the time, so we weren’t able to get the vehicle aligned before leaving town for a week-long vacation. We let the staff know we were going out of town, and they reassured us not to worry and to bring the vehicle in for an alignment as soon as we returned.
When we got back, we noticed that the new tires had worn significantly while we were away. We brought the vehicle into Tires Plus to find out what was going on, and we were told that the ball joints needed to be replaced. This was especially concerning because the ball joints had just been replaced at another shop shortly before our trip and before we purchased the new tires.
That’s when the team at Tires Plus really went above and beyond. Nick, Felix, and Brooke worked together to help us get our other vehicle in for an alignment that same day, making sure we had a safe vehicle to drive while everything was being sorted out. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, and genuinely concerned about making sure our family was safe and taken care of as quickly as possible.
Incredibly, all three of our vehicles have gone through the doors of this Tires Plus within about four weeks of each other — for either brand-new tires or alignment work. After this experience, we can confidently say that we will not buy tires anywhere else!

“My daughter (20y/o) was visiting friends in Wichita and her car decided to completely act up on her. Of course it was mid Saturday afternoon and she was panicked with no idea of what to do. We assumed her alternator was going out and needed to find a shop close to her that she could drop her car off to. My husband called Firestone and asked if they could get her in. They said to have her bring her car in but they might not get to her repairs until the following day. That was fine, she could stay the night with her friends. As she was pulling into the lot of Firestone she lost her steering control and the car died, she obviously went into a mini anxiety attack. I assume the crew working took pity on her after seeing her when she walked in. They replaced her alternator and serpentine belt that day and she was able to get on the road home. I appreciate them showing compassion and taking care of my baby while she was so far from home. I'd 100% recommend them!!”
“I have never gotten anything but excellent service, kindness and spot on advice from the staff at Costco tire center. They work tirelessly and I think are a bit understaffed. I usually plan to drop off my car and get errands done or go to the nearby YMCA for a workout or just do my COSTCO shopping. They always have my car done the same day and it saves my back from the work of tire rotations. Keep up the good work”

“Was happy with the overall visit. New tires, new shocks and struts, and an alignment. Pricing was fair. Their online quote to sent to customers could use some work. Employees were very friendly. My only dislike was their credit card fee, which was displayed clearly but I forgot about. Don’t like paying a fee on top of a $2,000 service visit.”
