“The employees were very nice, friendly, easy to work with, and I felt that they were honest and sincere with the feedback they gave me regarding what work needed to be done. They were not pushy at all and I had a great experience overall!Customer service excellence is obviously important to them & I really appreciated it all! In fact, I’m back today, literally sitting in the store right now completing this review as I wait for them to do the work that they recommended yesterday.I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tires, brakes, and alignment, or anything other products or services that they provide here!!!”

“My husband's car need extra work done that they could not do Sara took it upon herself to call another mechanic shop that she used to work for and explained what the issues were this other place said they could fix it all. She went over and beyond to help us get his car running correctly. She even asked the other place about an issue they noticed that we never mentioned to her. All I can say is great customer service. A true asset to have working for the company. Thank you so very much.”

“I've never been disappointed with purchases at Costco. That said there's one exception. The brisket we bought there for Christmas dinner was nearly all fat. We cooked it on our Traeger as we have done many times. When it was fully cooked and sliced the fat was all the way through with only a thin streak of meat. We had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for precooked brisket. 7 lbs was $120.”

“I'm literally sitting here waiting for my cars service to be completed and feel the need to give recognition where it is due. Gerardo is the person that checked me in and I believe he is also the service manager. He was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I kind of felt awkward asking before. Please be sure he receives the recognition he deserves! He made a chore that most people dread, surprisingly delightful!”

“Excellent service on our Volvo. Very in depth work and about as price friendly as you will find nowadays. By far the best Firestone in town, avoid the downtown location IMO.”

“Jordan at Myers East is the BEST. He was quick in responding back and answering my "thousand" questions. He is professional on the phone, articulate, and explained the issue with my car so it was easy for me to understand. If needing a automotive shop choose Myers and ask for Jordan for the best customer service.”

“I have been relying on this shop for decades, and they never let me down. Eric is great. They've worked on my old Jeep Cherokee, my old Lexus and now my not-so-old Hyundai Santa Fe. I trust their work and their prices.”

“My introduction to Sam's was "Let's do lunch!" Located just off the entrance, you don't need a Sam's card to enjoy the hotdog and drink for $1.37 (price will change someday) or 2 slices of pizza and drink for $2.50. The hotdog is huge, and the pizza slices are 1/4 of a pizza, so the value is astounding! There are other snacks and ice cream, but those are for another day. There are good deals throughout the entire store, stacked on shelves so high that you may need a forklift to help you get stuff. There are stacks and stacks of cases of cookies, chips, honey buns, etc. Home goods and paper goods are all together on one wall. In the back is dairy, meats, packed to feed a family of 10. This store is bulk, so don't come looking for single items! The freezer sections are amazing. There are several rows. Each individual row has an opening at the end where people come and go to stock the foods for that particular freezer. Meats, dairy, ice creams, etc. Each individual freezer is about the size of a boxcar on a train. I peeked into one of the sliding doors. There are boxes stacked where each frozen item goes. Keep in mind the frozen item is a case of something. Up toward the front is pharmaceutical items, health bars, and such. Periodically, little mechanized machines roll by, constantly taking inventory. Want to steal anything? Good luck! Bulk items don't hide well under your coat. Also, you CANNOT go in through the out door (we tried) and there is someone with a price gun checking your purchases on the way out. Unlike Walmart, Sam's utilizes EVERY checkout constantly. Furthermore, you need your Sam's card to activate the register or you cannot check out. There are service reps near each register, in case you need help. I accidentally left my receipt. A man brought it to me, because you can't leave the store without it!Remember the aforementioned door person with the check gun? That receipt is a must have! * By the way, I mentioned the anti-theft because Sam's has so many people in the place, I swear there is at least one in every aisle, ready to help. We joked about it, because Walmart is serious about theft with their signs everywhere, but Sam's is even worse. It's a beehive of constant activity. One last thing. If you don't like crowds, don't shop here, because the place is packed. It's a fortress and it's great value!”

“Took the car in for some service and while sitting in the lobby, I witnessed Nick (the manager) and his team give exemplary customary service to a rude customer. They went above and beyond to accommodate this customer despite the customer's accusatory attitude and unnecessary behavior. Nick deserves an award and I will definitely bring my car in for any future services.Service: Tires”
