“Very customer service friendly. The counter associates greet you as soon as you walk in whether there's a customer in front of them or not. After the greeting they give you a few minutes to walk through the store if they're not busy with another customer they will come and assist you ask you do you need help finding something walk you to the counter and check you out. “I received the best service I've ever been given at any O'Reilly's I've ever been to my whole life at this location. A guy named Levi helped me and ended up leading me into solving my mechanical issue and saved me alot of money! Knew his stuff and was able to navigate our conversation and really made me wish I'd had started there! Sure would have avoided the run around I got at the shop and other parts store I had been to and money spent on stuff that didn't fix the problem!
