Got a pedi and full set….. started with the pedi and chose the $5 extra option for the pedi to have the callus remover done(so $35 total and totally not worth it), they used what looked like a file buffer and my feet look exactly like they did when I walked in. It’s been 3 hours since my scheduled appointment and my toes still aren’t dry and are messed up. I showed them a picture of what I was thinking for my nails and had they come out somewhat close I would have been okay with the $55 it cost for the nails…. They cut them without asking if that was the length I wanted and the color is nothing like I asked. They were way shorter than even the picture I showed and VERY wide and boxy. Really disappointed.

Very pricey, deluxe pedicure was short compared to other salons, and cost way more too.

Highly recommend. The location is easy to locate, the shop is clean, professional and welcoming. I am picky and the people at bellagio never take short cuts. I've been very happy with every visit. If you aren't quite satisfied with your current results give bellagio a try.

Over the years I have tried several nail salons in Wichita, Derby, and Andover. Other salons are either inconsistent with the quality of their work, they have new technicians "practice" on customers without consent, they make you wait for hours past your appointment time, or they are just plain rude.This place, by far, has consistently been the absolute best!!!! Lynn and the entire staff are so amazing! My nails are gorgeous, they last for multiple weeks, and I've never had polish chip on my fingers or toes. The location is convenient, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely give this salon a try!!

On the road, and stopped in to get a mani and pedi. The staff here are very kind and friendly. They took care of my nails, and massage my legs with the pedi. A very pleasant experience. Prices are fair, and the service is outstanding! If I'm ever in the neighborhood again, will definitely stop back in again!!Services: Exfoliation

Simply the highest quality and most knowledgeable care of my digits. And mine are ugly and not easy to care for. Linh has taken care of my nails for about 5 years. Not an easy task and impossible for me. Mayo Clinic even suggested specific procedures which Linh embraced. She and her staff are fantastic. I would suggest an advanced appointment however, as they are extremely busy. They accept Walk-ins but you might have to wait a few minutes for this exceptional level of care! I absolutely love this place! Great staff, very clean and professional! I always walk away with great nails and the price is less than what I was previously paying at another salon where I always felt it was quantity over quality. They do not rush you in and out but get it done quickly. I appreciate all the smiles I get when I walk in.

A word to the wise: If you happen to decide on a whim to get your nails done, don’t go to Bellagio. The second you walk in, you’re asked if you have an appointment. When you tell them no, you’re told to come back later. This has happened to me twice. I’ve decided not to go back again. It’s sad too because they’re one of the few nail salons around that doesn’t have a tv blaring somewhere in the salon. (8/6/22)UPDATE (8/7/22): I noticed just now that a representative from the salon responded to the above review I posted yesterday. I don’t feel that the fact that they were closed last week had anything to do with the lack of service. I say that because I ran into the same problem about a month ago. I doubt somehow that they close for a week at a time on a regular basis. Therefore, I don’t feel that their reasoning is sufficient.

My sister and I went her and they absolutely ruined our nails we both got acrylics and they were shaped terribly. My sister got a colorful french tip and I could have done it better than they did and I have no experience. I don't not recommend it was a complete rip-off.

I’m a 74 year old male and had my first manicure/pedicure at a salon today. I was not very comfortable making the appointment but I’m so glad I did. Linh was “gentle” with me and my feet and hands haven’t felt this good in years. As we age it gets harder to do our own nails and I left there today without losing a drop of blood!
