I recently moved and have tried to transfer my prescriptions from another Dillon’s to this one. Getting them to fill something my doctor sends in takes a week and 3 phone calls. I have requested my auto-fill prescriptions be transferred twice and they still haven’t been transferred. They were cancelled at the old location but somehow aren’t at this location now. When I ask for an explanation I get attitude and half-assed excuses.

Worst dillons pharmacy in Wichita. I don't know if its all of them but the few pharmacy techs I've dealt with are the laziest. I was a pharmacy tech for 5 years when I was younger. By the time you are certified you should know what you are doing. They even hire people who they clearly don't train. Corporate needs to step in and clean house. They are losing money due to an incompetent staff.

Always had a great experience. Staff is kind, polite and if you avoid rush hour, you don't even need to wait in line more than a few minutes.

I have filled my sons' ADHD stimulant medications at various Dillons pharmacies, including Andover, for several years without issue. I say various Dillons pharmacies because there have been medication shortages for the last 2 years which have resulted in me having to utilize locations all around Wichita, Maize, and Andover. Today I received a call from the pharmacist (Cole) saying he refused to fill my sons' prescriptions because he thinks they are on too high a dose, nevermind that we go to our psychiatrist monthly. I know that legally he is allowed to use his professional judgment when deciding to fill a prescription, but it really bothered me that he made this judgment without asking any questions of me or our doctor. One of my sons has been on this medication and dose for over 2 years and suddenly Cole decides it's too much? Why not at least warn us this was the last prescription he would approve to give us time to figure out an alternative. Or give us a weeks' supply since my sons' cannot attend school without their meds. ADHD is a real medical condition and should be treated as such.

I’ve had my (10) prescriptions filled here for over 10 years and have had VERY FEW issues and none that I can even recall. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

They can never run anything right the first time and end up overcharging you.

Made appointments online for myself and my partner's vaccines. Went to the store and was in and out in 20 min. Quick and relatively painless LOL.

Called and was told the prescription would be ready in an hour. Go to pick it up an hour later and was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Pull back up to the drive though 30+ minutes later and was told to circle around for another 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy. I have been filling my medicine here for over three years without any issues. On Thursday I fell and broke my leg completely and half, after leaving the doctors office and going home having my doctor call in a prescription for pain medicine to them my wife went up there to fill the prescription two hours later. Doctor called in the prescription at noon when my wife arrived they told her they did not have the prescription and could not fill it was not able to give me the generic version of this medicine Without doctor permission. although that was a lie my doctor did not write it for any particular brand. My doctors office had already closed for the day so it was very hard to get a hold of them to get them to call the pharmacy to tell them to fill prescription. The original prescription was called in at noon and I did not get my generic prescription until 730 that night I laid in excruciating pain waiting for no reason. The older gray haired lady that works there at the pharmacy completely treated me like I was a drug addict was very rude to me and hung up on me. She was upset and did not feel that I needed the pain medicine although it was ordered by the doctor for my broken leg. I have never been treated like this before and And will not stop until I find this lady’s name and her manager.

Dillons told me by recorded voice message my prescriptions were ready. The 3rd time they called I drove the 10 miles from here in the country to pick them up. I'm recovering from major heart surgery, the trip wasn't easy. I get there and they have only one prescription ready. They tell me my diuretic will be ready in an hour. I was in oxygen from the surgery, 5 hours on a heart lung machine is hard on the lungs. I didn't have the energy to go inside or to wait outside in my car for an hour. I needed to go home and rest.So once home I took the diuretics I was given before surgery. I dont know if they are the same as the new ones. Along comes Christmas, New Year, bad weather, my son slipping on ice and having his hip replaced and a rod in his femor; Before I knew it my old diuretics were gone. Here it is Sunday morning. My stomach is swollen with water retention, taking up my lungs' space. I'm having a hard time breathing. I hate you Dillons. You should deliver this prescription to me at no cost. I'm giving them 2 stars because the staff was polite. But at this point I really don't know if I should.

It’s funny how I use to get 30 on all but one of my 5 meds, that was always 29. Now I get 29 on all but one that one is 28. Yep each bottle still says 30. I have to skip a day each month.
