How do I get resolution on a propane tank leaking and your technician verified it was your tank problem. We have 0 propane and they told us they would comp some propane and replace leaking valve when tank empty . Still not done. Cold showers. No stove to cook and 4 kids?? No one will help me. This is out of control.

Had left me and my family and 4 dogs in our below 50 degree home weather is -4 at night and we have 0 propane we have talked to them multiple times about our situation and needing help. And they tell us that they can’t give us a date and the latest is Monday. It snowed and went this negative weather my house below 50 highest 51 with 2 older folks 4 dogs and no water. Yall a disgrace. 0 help you can do something to help others and u stay in your offices. Just do your job

Pulled in with RV and called to tell them I was there. The phone was a national line and not helpful. No one came out and the place looked deserted. We left and went to Augusta Rental - their lot was larger and easier for an RV.

We have been out of propane now for 2 weeks (even during the extreme cold and my mom had a major surgery, she has had cancer) and they finally called us back today after calling and calling this morning. They said they aren’t delivering today and won’t be anytime soon. THEY ALREADY TOOK OUR MONEY!! This is the most unprofessional company. The receptionists are always very rude and they never have a manager to speak to.

Ordered 5 days ago. Not able to deliver in a timely manner at all. Wanted me to pay double to have it delivered the next day. The second time I tried to place an order, they added $100 from the original quote that was a mere 20 min prior. 5 days and no propane.
