Service was fast and they made a good offer on the tires. No pressure or trying to push any extra services. They were honest and forth coming.

Had an appointment at 11am. Arrived 15 mins early to ensure smooth transaction. My car was in the shop for 4 hours & 30 mins for a simply tire rotation. I got inside the vehicle and there were 2 screws on the floor. I confronted the tech and he stated he did not touch anything. I open my glove compartment and saw where the 2 missing screws were. They were completely dishonest about what they’ve done to my vehicle. Will never take my car here again.

I had great service here. The team was helpful and informative. The shop was on time with my scheduled appointment and how long they had the vehicle in shop for service. My car was clean going into the shop and it was clean coming out with the protective covers still in place. At payment I even presented with a Firestone coupon for a discount and they gave me a better coupon with a bigger discount. Who could ask for better customer service?

I was there on a Saturday and the man working in the lobby was very pleasant and friendly. I was there for about an hour and I have to say listening to him talk to customers on the phone and in person was very surprising. He was so kind to everyone. It was so encouraging to see someone with his personality!

Abysmal service. No knowledge whatsoever at this location. Had to take my car back after a month and they had no answers why my alignment was whacked out. Blamed the tire shop for the issues but they touched it after the tire shop. The ripped off my engine air filter and didn’t properly put the filter back in. They didn’t check it the first time or anything else. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE HONEST TRANSPARENT CONSISTENTLY WORK.
I have to take my car to another shop and get the alignment fixed and properly take care of my car and get honesty and transparency. What a shame.

Beware. Had to sue the company for a bad inspection and judge agreed that the company committed a negligent inspection and I won. They knew they were in the wrong and did nothing to make up for it. Kansas Attorney Generals office is now investigating. Look up case BU-2025-SC-000027 before coming to this business! They put a baby and a 2 year old at risk. All they had to do was make it right and now they keep digging a bigger hole. What a shame.

My 18 year old car needed a laundry list of general wear & tear items fixed/replaced which I had done over several appointments. They were great with scheduling and even called to reschedule once when I would’ve had to wait too long. Each time I was there they were consistently gracious to every person who came in and nice to every caller. All the work they did was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so nice and super helpful. They put on a new tire for me after blowing it out hours before they close. They called to verify which tire I wanted and got it fixed right away when there was some miscommunication

Excellent service and professional staff. Good mechanic work takes a minute but at Firestone the wait is well worth it. They got my truck serviced and road ready. The price is fair and the staff is friendly.

They diagnosed and fixed the the problem quickly. The cost was a lot less than I expected. Highly recommend them
