“I went for a free class just to try it out not thinking I'd get roped into the fitness trend, but I enjoyed the class so much, I signed up for a membership that week 😅 the coaches are all super friendly & the people there really build a community that keeps you coming back. With a variety of classes, they make it fun & fresh every day. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to freshen up their fitness routine, take the guesswork out of how to maximize their workout, or find a starting place for their fitness journey 💪🎆”

“I like it a lot. The staff are really friendly. It's always super clean. My husband is a bariatric with a prosthetic leg. He finds plenty of machines and exercises that he can do despite that. He's gaining muscle and losing weight. I am too. Still loving it 04/07/2026”
