Done with them. Yesterday I went and the middle bay had inches of standing water because it wasn't draining. The left bay would not dispense any soap when selected. It's clear from my experience and other reviews that the owner / operator does not answer the phone, but doesn't mind taking money. If Andover cares about its residents, they would revoke the business license.

2 different times I’ve used this car wash and had issues. Tried calling the number listed for issues and goes straight to voicemail and no call back.

If your car sits even a little low don’t go here!! Came in town for a car show and me and a few other people could not get our cars or even wanted to try that is into a bay. The pictures don’t give it justice of how much of a pitch is on them.

This used to be a good car wash place but my truck got dirtier washing it here. Change your final rinse cycle filter please. I had to go to another car wash to re-wash my truck. Disappointed..

Went here July 14, 2022, put a few dollars in and only water, no soap, no rinse. Left with water spotted, not very clean truck. Couldn't find any contact number to tell them the bay was out of order.

I went as of January 21st 2022 and multiple wash lanes were out of service but there was no sign saying that they were out of service so there goes $8 wasted NEVER GO HERE

I have used this car wash for 20 years. Last April I tried the north bay and lost my money the wash would not turn on. Contact information sent me to a local hotel who had no idea why I was calling them about a car wash. Today September 6 th after $3.50 worth of washing I had to rinse with wax. The rinse option dispensed either soap or wax. I never use car wash wax once again deeply disappointed. No contact information is available on site or online. I will be contacting the Andover Chamber of Commerce as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Will take your money and had weaker pressure than other washes. Card reader wouldn’t work till after 3 tries and took $9. Fyi, Card reader also charges $1 extra
