I have had packages held at the post office because whomever is delivering claimed I no longer live at my address. I’ve filled out the card twice, put it in my mailbox stating I still live here and now just had ANOTHER package sent back to the sender claiming that I moved and didn’t leave a forwarding address. I have lived in my home for over 3 years and have my regular mail delivered just fine. What is wrong with your carriers?
Edit: The carrier sent back my new driver license I’ve been waiting weeks for as “Address Undeliverable”. They are now costing me money and time taken out of my workday to get another license at the DMV. I spoke with the Post Master this time and she assured me she’d talk to all mail carriers. I don’t get it… is delivering mail rocket science?

The staff at the post office are great but the carrier for my neighbor seems to not know what they are doing. I am always anxious about ordering things to my home address, because my husband and I have had several incidents where our packages were scanned delivered but were not in our mailbox or parcel locker. I’ve been expecting a package, and realized it was scanned delivered yesterday. I asked my husband if he could get the package from the parcel locker when he left work. He comes home with the package but to our surprise it was not ours. The package belong to someone else on a completely different street. He will be returning that package tomorrow!! It makes me wonder if my package got delivered somewhere else. I’m really not sure what else to do, I’d just like my mail & packages to be delivered correctly.

Received notification of a parcel in my cluster box and the key provided did not open the parcel box. Call the PO and was told they would check it out. Just received a call from the Andover Post Office that they had hand deliver the package to my door. Great service!!

I've lived in Andover about 15 years, and this post office is excellent. I called today about a small issue and Fernando was super nice and helpful. And every time I have had to go to this location to mail anything, the entire rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful. Great people working at this location all around, 5 out of 5 stars easy.

This is one of the best and friendliest post offices in the wichita area. I've been to several of them and this one along with rose hill are pleasant and super helpful every time.

Another sorry Post Office. Imagine that! Amazon, UPS & Fed Ex can bring your packages to your door, but not this post office. They put them by the garage where u can easily miss & not know the packages got delivered. It's always a fill in driver too because the regular mail lady is always out for one reason or another. People have no pride in their work anymore. And this past summer one of the mail carriers was too lazy to get out of the car to deliver mail to the mailbox because a car was parked out there. So they just drive all in my yard and over my sprinkler heads just because they were too lazy to get out of the mail truck. When they have to deliver Amazon packages- they all of a sudden don't know where your address is. I have no doubt these people are nice, but nice doesn't translate to competent work. I would give this Post Office 0 stars if I could.

Delivery in the city of Andover is probably the worst I've ever seen. I have had deliveries sent back to the senders multiple times for no reason, my mail carrier is usually too lazy to bring packages that won't fit in the mailbox up to my porch, so she just droves off with them, and now I'm waiting on a package that is late, arrived here in Andover, then sent to Belle Plain for some reason, and now I have no idea where it is. Today, they couldn't even get my mail INSIDE my mailbox! A small package was laying in the street in front of my mailbox! Horrible service!

Had this package folded and shoved into my mailbox even though it had a do not bend sticker on it. When I called to complain about it, the local office basically told me the sticker doesn't mean anything if the sender doesn't put a special order/tracking on it to treat it less as regular mail and more like a package. My concerns about the artwork inside were dismissed as well tough luck for you. The person on the phone even tried to say it could have been bent in transit. On the off chance it might have been during transit their carrier had to bend it basically in half and force it into my mailbox. Needless to say this is the last time I will willingly USPS to deliver any kind of art.
