I was quoted a price for my cell phone package and it was incorrect by almost $70. I returned to the store to ask and was told “It’s just an estimate- we can’t guarantee the final price.”
I called Verizon directly and was informed this isn’t even a Verizon store. It’s a store owned by Victra and Verizon won’t honor anything they say.
Now I am stuck with a bill much higher than I was told and the only way out is to spend the several thousand to cancel my phones.

Employees have been extremely helpful and friendly the last two times we went in. Wish I could remember the specific employee's name - it was the same young man both times. Stellar service!

The staff at the Verizon store in Andover were very helpful. They were able to find me the best deal in getting a new phone and even saved me a little bit on my monthly bill.
They were also so courteous to other customers as they came in while I was being helped - multitasking and efficiently helping and answering questions.
I highly recommend this store for their customer service.

The Andover store took very good care of me! They had to fix a mistake made by the El Dorado store, so it took longer than it should have. I'll go back to Andover next time!!

The girl who took care of me was amazing and was very informative. I had just went to The corporate Verizon in my area and it was horrible and I was misinformed of a lot of information and detoured way of getting a new upgrade but this girl explained everything to me and I was able to leave Satisfied.

This girl was amazing the store was full and she was the only one there working. She acknowledged everyone that came in and was so nice. I know she had not had a lunch break but she kept on taking care of customers with a smile
