OMG BEST PHARMACY I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE. KEN ROCKS!!This walgreens is the best i have been to. Love Ken, Jordan, Lexi, and Kiersten. They go above and beyond to get the job done. I am going to get all my family and friends to transfer to this store. We dont like dillons anymore once Ken left there. At least he is at our new walgreens!!Love you all for all you do guys/gals! Keep smiling!Dont let those Debbie Downers get to you. Looks to me like some people just want to complain. I seen how the customers treat you all. Keep your heads up!

I think the average review of 2.6 is extremely high considering the service I have experienced at this location. I want to be careful to separate the store staff from the pharmacy staff!. The pharmacy staff are horrible. These folks are overworked and understaffed, but that does not give them license to treat people poorly, to roll their eyes at customers just because they made the mistake of choosing their pharmacy. They do just the bare minimum because that is all they have time to do. Don't get me wrong, the staff at the Andover pharmacy just are not good humans and get no such level of respect. They should fire them all or just close the pharmacy. The service is that bad and the lack of respect for the customers is inexcusable. I will be working with my health care provider to ensure I never have to step foot in this awful establishment again.

Amanda was very rude! I was wanting to put money on a chime card and I wanted to do 2 $500.00 deposits which I do at all other stores. Two separate transactions.. But for some reason Amanda was very rude and said it's $500.00 a day. So I called corporate to verify this and Amanda is wrong. I asked her what would stop me from coming in an hour later to do $500.00 again, and her rude comment was, " if you want to be that guy !". How rude! Not only rude but wrong learn your policy. Amanda should apologize and be retrained. Maybe your corporate office can set you straight. She even said her computer let them sell alcohol on Sunday but they can't. Thank you for telling me your store broke the law. She needs to go. Zero stars.

I would give zero stars if I could. Im so frustrated with Walgreens lately! Chime says you can put $1000 on a card at Walgreens as long as its separate transactions and this is the 2nd Walgreen Ive been to that has their own rules. Told me only $500 per day! Thats not ur rules! Please someone from Chime instruct these individuals what your agreement is with them! They have no clue! I should have known better considering their overal review is 2.7!

Between the miscommunication, and lack of responsibility I had to spend over 1 hour and a half attempting to get 1 pen of insulin. I called around 2pm to have a script filled I was informed I could only have 1 pen filled by Trish the pharmacist and that she would fill it "right now. " Well when I made it through the long drive through line at 4:30 PM I was told it wasn't ready and I would have to wait 20 minutes. I said okay, and parked until the 20 minutes passed. I went back through another long line and get to the window I was told that they couldn't fill my script and being frustrated I asked why didn't Trish tell me that earlier when I was on the phone? Instead of getting answers they just said sorry come back tomorrow. I needed my insulin so my husband called and spoke with Trish, instead of taking responsibility for her actions and not filling it when we originally spoke she blaimed the other employees. This could have all been avoided if she had filled it in the beginning like she said.

This is the only store that will not print a receipt when I purchase online. Therefor I miss out on a lot of money from Ibotta because you can't fill a simple request! Not fair to paying customer to not get a receipt I opt of digital receipts for a reason! Shame on you Walgreens! If 0 stars was an option that's what I would give!

I was switching from Dillons to Walgreens because Tricare no longer contracts with Dillons. I had my son's doctor send a prescription for his ADHD medication to Walgreens in Andover over a week ago. Hadn't heard anything after 4 days, so I used the automated system that said it should be ready the next day. They were waiting for the shipment. Ok, so my husband and I went out of town for the weekend, then I went to check the automated system again this AM, and it couldn't find the Rx. So I called and they tell me that the medication has been on back order for weeks and they haven't been getting any in, she said they "profiled" the Rx, so that it wasn't "just sitting out there". I said no one notified me, and she said "well we can't call everyone." They recommend you use the automated system, but it gives inaccurate info, and then they don't let you know that they don't think they will get your Rx filled and just "profile" it. This morning, I was afraid I would have to call around everywhere to try to find the med, since he only has 2 pills left, but one quick call to Andover drug and I find they have it in stock and will fill it as soon as they get the Rx from my doctor. I will be using them from now on.

What are you doing filling prescriptions in the drive thru as people pull up and making people wait in line that already have their prescription filled and waiting every time I go through the drive thru it’s a 30 min wait to get a filled prescription that’s ridiculous.

For my first Shingles shot when I arrived at my scheduled appointment the appointment was not in the system and I was told the website was not communicating with the store, but they were very understanding and fit me in. I went to Walgreens to get my second Shingles vaccine without an appointment and was happy to see an empty waiting room figuring I would be in and out. I was told this time I had to use the online system and they could not schedule an appointment. The young man behind the counter went on to say the next day might be open. He sounded a little flippant, so I went online and checked. Three appointments were available, and one was in 30 minutes. I booked it and returned to the counter, the waiting room is still empty, I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I gave a quizzical look and was told someone might come in. I returned and received my shot without issue. Everyone was professional and nice, but the system they are forced to use is ridiculous.

Customer experience @pharmacy is horrible. I was late to Covid shot by 10mins and was in line. The queue took longer to get to me & I was told that I’m late by 20mins and they turned me down and asked me to reschedule my appointment. I did mention that I’ve been in the queue but they turned deaf ears and did not budge. Even their communication was pathetic. No means No, just get out and reschedule. I was stunned by their communication and just left. Please improve. If not you, there are thousands out there.

Terrible service at the pharmacy! Ordered a refill for my prescription on a Monday, chose the option for it to be shipped. That following Friday I had still not received it. Called in and was told they misplaced it and it never went out. Said it would go out immediately and I would have it by Monday. Today is Wednesday, still do not have it. Called in just not and it is still sitting there. She said FedEx didn't know to pick it up. I asked how things get shipped if they don't know when to pick it up. Her response was that I am not the only customer. I have no idea what that means. So they provide a free service to ship your prescription to your home but don't actually do it. She expressed absolutely zero concern that they screwed up and I don't have my prescription. Hate that my insurance forces me to go here!

Customer service is horrible. My brother and I changed our minds at the counter about buying an item and the cashier lady was rude and outright disrespectful. I wasn’t surprised considering how people in Andover can be and I do understand and have empathy for her considering that it was an hour before closing time, but that’s not an excuse to spread your toxicity like that at random customers; we’re never stopping by at this location again.

This Walgreens has a strange policy where they wont fill prescriptions more than 1 day earlier than they run out...so if you have a 30 day prescription, you can only pick up the refill after the 29th day. They don't make exceptions on this rule if you are going on vacation or can't be there to pick up on day 29. Other Walgreens locations do not have this policy. I would be wary of using this location for prescriptions considering their policy.
