Woodard Mercantile East in Andover is a locally-owned Mercantile that has been operating for 27 years. It is a full-service feed store featuring Purina Feeds, Standlee Hay Products, and much more. Aspyn and Hannah at the front were both very helpful and patient and very knowledgeable even though the store was really busy. Despite being busy the store was clean and well organized. Propane refill was a pretty decent price. I will be back in the future.
