Could not even make an appointment online. Tried 6 times 6 different dates six different times every time it told me that that time slot had expired so if this is how their website runs I'm leery to use them for my taxes

I had to use H&R Block to help me deal with business-related tax issues I ran into while trying to close my tax account. They were very helpful during the visit and any follow-ups I had to make when the state decided to make closing my business tax account difficult.Definitely will contact them again if I ever have issues and need help with business-related tax.

The lady doing my and my wife’s taxes screwed up and we are waiting to get them back and may not get them back because of what H&R Block of Anthony Kansas did for me so I will never ever go to an H&R Block owned by these people in Anthony KansasI go back in today to H&R Block and Anthony Kansas and they refunded me part of the money it cost me to have the taxes filed did not even refund all of the money but said that he did they put my daughter a dependent as head of the household so if you’re ever thinking about going to H&R Block and Anthony Kansas unless someone besides Jason Wooton owns it I would just go on

I was happy with the experience of the face-to-face appointment. She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped explain a new tax situation I happen to be in. However, I am not happy with the fact that 3 weeks later, I had still not received a message from the IRS that my return was being processed. I called HR Block and was told that my taxes never got filed because I never paid them for the service....which I absolutely did. I handed my debit card to them and got a receipt before I left my appointment. To their credit, they dug up the original transaction and called and apologized sincerely and got my taxes filed. But, that's 3 whole weeks and my return could have been in my bank by now. I understand mistakes happen. I just don't want them made when something as important as my taxes are on the line. If I hadn't called, how long would my taxes have gone un-filed? Was anyone ever going to call me and say, "Hey, we are ready to file. We just need your payment." I will unfortunately, not be returning.

While on vacation unauthorized charges where made on my emerald card. H&R called me, canceled my card, replaced it, and recovered my money. I will never go anywhere else.
