“I met the Sparks family at their booth at Walnut Valley this year and bought a Gretsch resonator to play while I was in Winfield. I had a chance to stop by their awesome store and see what a top notch business they run. Fantastic customer service and quality all around. I am especially impressed with the care and precision with which my instrument was shipped. It arrived in perfect condition and was packed in triple protection. When I run a bus tour of best music stores in America, Sparks will be on the tour! Until then, I hope to do business with this fine family in the near future.”

“Good and knowledgeable staff, delivery went well without any problems. Only thing left to figure out is if I’m liking the washer/ dryer set I got. Read some very bad reviews on it after renting. So don’t know. Of course 1 nice thing Is they will come return it if I don’t end up happy with it. So that makes me much more comfortable with the whole deal.
I would recommend anyone to go there. It’s a lil higher than other places but well worth it in customer service and selection.”
